Welcome! Here you’ll find all the essential information about how our collaboration works. I’ve tried to describe everything as clearly as possible, but if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me.

2. How to Book a Therapy Session

You can book a session in several ways:

• The easiest way is via the online booking system on my website
• By phone
• By email

After booking a session:

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with details
• You’ll get a reminder the day before your therapy
• You can pay in advance online or in cash on-site

3. Prices and Payment Methods

The current price list is always available on the website.

Payment methods:

• Cash payment on-site
• Bank transfer
• Your favorite cryptocurrency

If you need an invoice, please request it when booking or during the session.

4. Cancellation Policy

I understand that things sometimes don’t go as planned. To keep it fair for everyone, here are the rules:

• If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, I’ll refund the full amount
• For cancellations less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows, I charge 100% of the price
• If canceled in time, refunds will be processed within 14 days to your account
• In exceptional cases (illness, accident), we can always agree on an individual solution

5. What You Can Expect from Me

I commit to:

• Providing professional services with full dedication
• Maintaining confidentiality about everything I learn during therapy
• Keeping records of therapy progress to ensure the best care
• Regularly informing you about progress and proposed steps
• Creating a safe and confidential environment

6. What I Need from You

For successful therapy, it’s important to:

• Provide truthful information about your health condition
• Inform me of any contraindications
• Arrive on time for your session
• Actively participate in the treatment process
• Follow the therapist’s instructions during the session

7. Safety First – Contraindications

Craniosacral therapy is not suitable in the following cases:

• Acute head or spinal injuries
• Brain bleeding or acute stroke
• Acute inflammatory conditions
• Severe psychiatric disorders
• Uncontrolled epilepsy
• Infections of bones or tissues (osteomyelitis, sepsis)

If you’re unsure, please consult your doctor about your health condition.

8. Gift Vouchers

The following rules apply to gift vouchers:

• Validity for 6 months from the date of issue
• Non-refundable for cash
• Transferable to another person

9. When You’re Not Satisfied

Due to the individual nature of therapy, I cannot guarantee specific results. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, let me know, and we’ll find a solution together. Unfortunately, completed sessions cannot be financially compensated as they involve my time and energy.

10. Final Provisions

These terms are effective from March 1, 2024. I reserve the right to update them—any changes will be communicated on the website. Any rights and obligations not covered here are governed by Czech law.
